Welcome to the new BRGS School Bus Ticketing System – powered by ShuttleID

We’re excited to introduce a faster, smarter and more convenient way to manage your child’s school bus travel. Our new web based system means there’s no app to download and no weekly ticket purchases to worry about.

With ShuttleID, buying and managing tickets becomes quicker and easier than ever.

You’ll be able to:

• Purchase tickets in minutes using a simple online checkout

• View live bus tracking so you can see exactly where the service is each morning and afternoon

• Receive instant boarding notifications when your child’s QR ticket is scanned by the driver

• Send the QR ticket to your child via SMS, or print it if preferred

• Use the same QR code all year, as long as payments remain up to date, no more weekly renewals

• Enjoy the convenience of monthly Direct Debit, with payments taken on the 1st of each month

For the 2026 Summer Term, each service has two ticket options, one for students finishing in June, and one for those finishing in July. The cost is split into either three or four manageable monthly payments, depending on the ticket selected.  Full details will be shown clearly during the purchase process.

This new system is designed to save you time, improve visibility, and give you greater peace of mind. We hope you find it a positive step forward for BRGS school transport.

The routes should be largely the same as before, with a slight change whereby the old B98 service has been split into the BR2 and BR3 owing to the volume of passengers.

What you'll need before you start:

• Your name and email to setup a ShuttleID parent account

• An ID photo of your child to associate with their ticket

• Childs name

• Bank details you want to make the payment from
