Welcome to the new Bowland High School & CRGS 860 - Bus Ticketing System

We’re excited to introduce a faster, smarter and more convenient way to manage your child’s school bus travel. Our new web based system means there’s no app to download and no on bus purchases to worry about.  From September 2026, each service retains the annual pass only as it was previously with LCC. 

With ShuttleID you’ll be able to:

• Purchase tickets in minutes using a simple online checkout

• View live bus tracking so you can see exactly where the service is each morning and afternoon

• Receive instant boarding notifications when your child’s QR ticket is scanned by the driver

• Send the QR ticket to your child via SMS, or print it if preferred

• Use the same QR code all year, as long as payments remain up to date.

• Enjoy the convenience of monthly Direct Debit, with payments taken on the 1st of each month

Route Information

The routes should be largely the same as before, with a change for the BOW1 and 621.  The 860 & 890 will to continue to run combined on the same vehicle as they have previously, but have been split for ticket purchasing purposes depending which school your child attends.

Where routes overlap, usually from the fuel station roundabout on Chatburn Road to Bowland, services have dedicated stops to help manage overall capacities.

Tickets are priced on the same banding system as used by LCC.

Please check the route information above for available stops and associated price bands.

Please ensure you purchase the correct banded ticket for your boarding location.  When purchasing your ticket if you cannot see your stop then it's likely that it is in a different price band oir is now served by a different service.  The system will flag any ticket that is used to board at a different stop other than the one it was purchased for.  For example if you buy a Band 1 ticket and attempt to us it at a Band 2 or 3 stop, the system, will flag this up. 

Tickets

There are two main ticket options:

1. Annual Pass for students finishing in June,

2. Annual Pass for students finishing in July.

The cost is split into either 9 or 10 manageable monthly payments, depending on the ticket selected.  Full details will be shown clearly during the purchase process.

What you'll need before you start:

• Your name and email to setup a ShuttleID parent account
• An ID photo to associate with your account
• Childs name
• Bank details you want to make the payment from
• Please note the initial deposit payment will be taken 3-5 days from the date you purchase the ticket, with subsequent Direct Debits starting 1st October 2026.
