The Amazing City of Aberdeen
New for 2024!! We are so excited for this new tour. We have some great days out visiting castles and gardens with a rail journey thrown in. Aberdeen is architecturally distinctive, lined with granite buildings on the mile long union street. A city by the sea where dolphins leap at the harbour mouth and golden sands stretches for miles. The city boasts two old towns with cobbled streets and a fortified Cathedral.

Our journey includes stopping for breakfast and refreshments on the way before arriving at our hotel late afternoon. We enjoy two full day excursions to include the ivy clad tower house Crathes Castle with its beautiful painted ceilings and winding staircases. The next full day includes the romantic Dunottar Castle perched on top of a 160-foot rock surrounded by the North Sea, a fortress oozing history. We visit the Falls of Feugh and spend time in Banchory via the river Dee. We also enjoy a day at leisure in the amazing city of Aberdeen where there is no end of attractions and things for you to see and do.
